    Difficult question this one - assuming AdSense treat all ad formats the same, and they don't like ads to be perfectly aligned (associated) with other images, I think it could be in breach of the TOS. That's just my suspicion and I'm not 100%. See what the others say.

    I think they would say to remove the image, but I could see it going either way. You'll just have to ask to be sure!

    *edit: Just say the part that says 'clique na imagem...' Not exactly sure what that says, but I'm pretty sure thats against TOS...

    100% against Google TOS. Even if you would remove the text with "click the image" , even so you cant display another image near your google ad.

    Your basicaly doing everything google tells you not to do. Asking for clicks and advertising next to thier ads. It might also be banned for having another ad on same page.
