    Can I file a Right to Information request against a private company in India like Infosys? Lots of Indians with basic knowledge of everything would know about this and can answer.

    As far as I knew private company not come into RTI Act.

    At this time when the Gov just forcing common people & don't care honest tax payer (telling them you need to wait 50 days or month to get your own money from banks) this type of questions make me laugh.
