    It is important to drink water everyday. Water can help your body to absolute vital to good health. Without water, humans would die in a few days, just as a car cannot run without gas and oil. We have to drink water daily because the human brain is made of 95% water, blood is 82% and lungs 90 %.

    I switched from drinking a can of coke a day to bottled water each day instead; guess it kind of startled me to find out a 330ml can of coke contains ~40% of your daily allowance of sugar!

    I mean for gods sake, a drink that CARAMELISES WHEN YOU PUT A FLAME TO IT (seriously, try it) cannot be good for you (or your brain :-/).

    Needless to say, I've felt a hell of a lot better since; that said, I don't cut it out all-together, it's just not my daily drink now.

    Yes, it is beneficial, however - it doesn't "clean up all the dideases that exist in our bodies" - if that were the case, doctors would be out of business! Perhaps you meant "bacteria" - even that would not include all of it, some bacteria is good for us.

    You body consists a lof of water and its like a automatic renew system. So its better to drink more water, expecially in the summer season! More water the better body condition, more energy, goodlooking skin and healthy life! :)
