    I think the best ad placement is in between the post content. so the reader thinks that is part of the post and would click on it.

    When you place adverts on a forum you should find a balance between monetizing and keeping your community happy... Nobody wants to be on a site which bombards them with advertising.

    A commonly used method is to show the ads in threads for "guests" only.

    Can you set up adsense to automatically be placed in post so that you don't have to manually do it every time?
