Best CMS for a write-only Wiki?

I am thinking about building a wiki -- but on a topic that is sure to attract a lot of really annoying people.

Therefore, I want a wiki-type software which allows anyone to add to the wiki -- but only administrators to edit or delete from the wiki.

Does anyone have a suggestions for the best CMS for such an odd beast?

    MediaWiki.

You should be able to change a setting that allows you no editing....

But if I allow no editing, can visitors still add text to existing pages? :)

http://www.expressionengine.com is a great CMS with a wiki module add on. I've never used it though, but I'm sure it's top notch as the rest of their system is.
