    Did some interfaces of this via DataLife Engine and numerous SMS Coin solutions.
    DLE is paid and SMS providers takes part of income, but this works; +second link
    has a huge library of possible integrations with other CMS as well, so check it :p

    After WordPress, next best would arguably be Joomla.

    Any specific reason why you don't want WordPress?

    Being a Joomla designer myself I would have to say "Joomla". No, but seriously, Joomla is fantastic for all sorts of websites.

    Joomla has the habit of breaking on me all the time... Modules clash together and just break things, then again, I guess this could happen with a lot of platforms.

    This application is for a traditional website already designed and setup (with an existing database). I have WordPress sites on other domain, but do not want tit for this application...
