    If I were you; I'd use a tutorial and write your own :)
    There's a tutorial on how to make a simple one on my site, and then you can modify it to suit your own purposes :)

    i think joomla can do it. if you are not familiar with Joomla then it may take some time and efforts from you but at the end when you grab it, its really fun to work with
