    I am looking for the best Eccomerce Software which I can host on my own servers and cheaply supply it to any client that I setup and Eccomerce store for.

    You may want to try Magento. The application had been utilized by lot of good and stable companies. And setting up your site with this is not that complex.

    I would say that Presta is one of the best out there, magento is very slow, not sure if they have fixed the problem but some months ago this was a big problem as the website loading time was slow.
