    DRUPAL

Easy to learn, very powerful, lots of modules, VERY SEO friendly when used as directed (by me).

What exactly do you mean by "Real Estate" module? what exactly do you need to do?

Wordpress is not a CMS, it is a blogging software mostly modified to make it work like CMS.

As far as CMS is concerned, Joomla is by far the most easiest CMS with a lot of support, plugins and themes free/paid.

I'd probably say joomla, although that's picking the best of two evils. Dupral is great but if you're not a template designer, you'll be out of luck.

If you are not looking for powerful CMS then I can recommend you to use CMSIMPLE.DK. It is a good script that I used. It also have rich text format enabled for posting. And the page management is very easy.

    Repps appriciated.. :)

Back in the days I used to use phpnuke and I liked it. Now I find installing a phpbb forum and adding a cms for the phpbb forum more good.

I don't think the question can be answered by anyone, all those cms have different feature sets - different strengths. It's like apples and oranges. The best cms depends on your needs.

I know I've talked some smack about it in the past but I've seen the light and Drupal is the best IMO by far. If you know what you're doing I think it's better than Joomla.
