Best place online to sell unique technology

    Hi guys

Where, would you say, is the best place online to sell unique web technology that is worth a fair amount of money? By 'sell' I mean completely sell off to an interested buyer (not license, etc).

    Thanks

    Peter.

Well, this is depend on your technology.
You need a solid proposal with at least 5 page to sent to the review.
If only pass the stage only can talk to sell.

I'm not sure if I understand you correctly or you understand me correctly. Perhaps my initial post wasn't clear. My company has already built this technology and it's up and running at the moment. So it's not an 'idea', it's something that exists and is saleable.

    Thanks.

1.) Brainstorm and make a list of who would most likely be interested in purchasing this type of technology.

2.) Where can they be found online? That's where you will find your buyer

    3.) Pitch your offer

Make sure you have everything in place. Demos, stats, features, etc. Anything a potential buyer is going to want to see and know.

Few companies will pay for technology, you are better off proving the technology in a business model before you try to sell it. Try licensing it first and then once proven sell.

Yes, Videosurfer is right. Thats the conventional method. You have to demonstrate this technology works in a commercial point of view. Or if you really believe this technology is the next big then, prospect few innovative investors, have a good 30 second gotcha pitch and hit them.

Try to get an article published about your technology in a business magazine where the user base naturally has an interest in investing into a company or technology.
