    I was wondering if any of you have experience hiring virtual managers.
    I had a really bad experience with my last employee and now im going to need to hire another one.

    Who knows the best place to hire a good one!

    I like odesk, it's pretty reliable but it's not just that. You need to know who to pick. Philippine women have been fantastic in my experience.

    All the platform are same, you need to communicate and observe the VA at the beginning stage, and of course their reputation is very important as a guideline. Sorry to said that that's very hard if you are looking for the excellent VA by giving out little money, you get what you pay.
