    1st off take away that firefox/google banner at the top

    you wont make much, if any, money from it and it takes away from you site

    Just throwing ads in the middle of the page probably isn't the best strategy. I would blend them a little better if I were you. Ads though would not be what I am focusing on. Going from 43,000+ uniques in Feb to 64 total this month is what I would be focusing on. Don't matter how good your ad placement is if you have squat for traffic.

    Oh, yes definately! We just reopened and I hope to be getting that back to what it once was. Getting traffic back wil be difficult

    I'd put a link unit (728x15) under the header that matches the colors of the link bar at the very top...I'd make the "more" boxes shorter, get rid of that link unti in the nav and put it under the site nav box just above the archive list header. Some rectangles between posts/articles...
