    social engine is good but not out of limitation. Elgg seems a better choice for this.But, it depends on which platform you feel comfort to work.

    are you looking to make a social network site for Hobby or for serious business ?
    for hobby you can use Social Engine, Elgg, or any other out of the box scripts.
    for serious business you need to get it custom coded from scratch using various framework like Yii, Code Igniter, RoR, Zend etc.

    HOW IT WORKS

    The title of demand can be anything but will have a keyword. This keyword should be common for both demand and supply.
    So if a supply and demand meets the same keyword then they both get connected. The keywords will be predefined in iBizVault.
    For example if user A wants to sell his iPhone he can list it in Supply with Title "Want to Sell my iPhone" and give keyword as "used iPhone". So all those who have listed keyword "used iPhone" in their Demand, will get this notification or message.
