DreamWeaver!! sorry but that is a awesome program that makes creating a website soooo easy no html knowelge is needed with its basic interface.

It caters to the advanced user as i can view code in a split view to quickly and eaily make adjustments. So ya either that or front page.

Also i belive this is posted in the wrong section :p

I don't think it gets any easier than Dreamweaver. If you don't want to mess with creating a web site, you can always create a Blogger or Wordpress blog and host it on your own domain.

http://www.nvu.com/index.php is decent, you should check out the screenshots. I find dreamweaver MUCH easier to use though, as NVU has a lot of small inconveniences that annoy me.

I wouldn't use Front Page. It's pretty easy but it writes extreamly poor code. I use Visual Studio and would occationally try front page for real light stuff. I end up having to go back into to html and remove as much as half of the code to get rid of all the extra Microsoft crams into it.

there plenty of website designers, I used years ago such bullshit as Namo and Frontpage, but they really sux, Dreamweaver is putting many useless codes in the html, but that's the best since the 3.0 version exists.. use dreamweaver and edit the code manually after finishing the site.. I always edit it, because it puts in plenty of useless codes..
