best way to add static content above filtered posts when viewing all posts by tag?

    for example, each of my posts have a tag (of course). say some of the posts have tag 'x'. when a user clicks to view all posts tagged with 'x', it displays them (as you all know).

    however, how can i add content at the top of the 'x' page that's always there? for example, i'd like a paragraph at the top explaining what these 'x' tagged posts mean, and below that it displays all the 'x' tagged posts. and maybe an image.

    i know this can be done easily, i just forget. thanks!
