Best way to hire in local markets....

    Hi,

    We have a small sales force, and after MUCH evaluation, we have determined that hiring local market reps will be our best model.

    But its either REALLY expensive to place ads in all the big boys (monster, carrerbuilder, yahoo hotjobs, etc) in every market.

    Craigslist has been a fruitless escapade.

    I would love to hear back from anyone who has experience with this, or if you have some suggestions that would be great too!

    Try running a Facebook ads campaign in one of your major target markets. Then, based on your results fine tune your ad and go after the rest of the local markets you are looking for.
