Best way to maintain pages that update frequently?

    This may be a very basic question, but here goes... I have a website with pages that I update on a semi-regular basis, but instead of just changing the info, I want to maintain all the history of changes. Ideally I would add new info at the top and everything else would move down like a blog, but I'm not sure how to intergrate this into my current site. Sure I could just manually do this, but I like the look of a blog with separate "posts" that are time/date stamped. So, is it possible to have a section of each page that acts like a blog, without making the whole site a blog?
