    http://www.digitalproductdelivery.com/

We've used these guys and I really like their system. They basically handle everything for you. Not free, but reasonable pricing and a great system.

create a clickbank.com account ($49.95) AND SELL YOUR DIGITAL PRODUCTS THROUGH THEM. They allow you to also let others sell your product for you through their built in affiliate program. This means that someone who is an affiliate marketer and interested in promoting your digital products they can do so and they'll receive a portion of the sale. This is a win-win-win situation.

Looks good. I've used e-junkie for a couple of years and they appear to be quite similar in features. E-junkie start at $5 per month.

For selling digital contents online, you can use marketplace called tradebit.com. Or you can use clickbank. If you want to use your own site for setting up shopping cart for selling digi products then use something like e-junkie or digitalproductdelivery.com.

I will suggest you to sell at payloadz or clickbank coz both of them is reliable.
Since you using third party service, shopping cart is not a problem.
