Valuation website tool cannot be fully relied upon but may be useful as an rough estimate.

The best Website Evaluation tool is asking real human beings for their insight....in my opinion that is the best feedback form to evaluate your site.

None of the valuation tools are accurate. You need to have the actual revenue data and number of visitors/users of a website in order to get a fair estimate of the value.

Exactly right. Only a noob would recommend, or rely, on those tools.

True site evaluation is done by reviewing....

    1. Traffic and Referral/ers
    2. Type of site... blog, membership pay site, forum, etc...
    3. Revenue and revenue pattern over that time
    4. Length site online
    5. SEO/SERPS
    6. Members
    7. Domain Name
    8. Niche or market
    9. Analytics data
    10. Licenses and content

    ...among other things.

No single website is going to be able to take all of those things into consideration. Anyone who thinks that a single website can properly evaluate a site is insane.

All of them are inaccurate...more for entertainment purposes than anything else. The only valuation that counts is what people are will to pay for your site.
