    This is a simple form they use to recollect the ID/Password.
    Old trick, but better to say stop using all these free webpages and Hostings ;)

    Alright taken care of, I tracked the form down to a mailing website, basically it was using a cgi mailer to mail the "phisher" the passwords. I took the liberty of ensuring that he recieved a few million login passwords ;)
