    Change your top ad unit to link unit and blend it into your background. I believe this will increase your earnings :)

    I think that the box format does not fit into your site.. try to switch them to other format if they don't work out..

    Your flash header is pretty large. If there's any way you can reduce that size by half that would be good IMO. Then you can add a nice blended 728 ad unit above or below to increase your CTR.
