Billing/Subscription Management Software

Discussion in 'General Business' started by thebassman, Mar 28, 2006.

I'm looking for software recommendations to manage billing/subscriptions. Basically, I'm selling advertising on a monthy/bi-monthly/6-month/1 year terms, and I want a system better than a bunch of Excel spreadsheets to help me manage them. I need something that would not only remind me when a subscription is coming to an end, but also something (if possible) that would notify the client a couple of times before it expires, etc.

Anything along these lines (or even more advanced) would be greatly appreciated.

Not a bad looking program... but it looks like it's mainly for hosting companies...?

That looks like it's for web hosts as well?

Any other generic programs people use to track their clients/advertisers?

Would something like Quicken or Simply Accounting do the trick?

Probably would work. I am not familiar with quicken's featureset but quickbooks would work. Unless of course you wanted an online capability where customers could view/pay bills.

Naw, I don't need anything online... just for myself and/or accountant. I'll take a look and QuickBooks... thanks! :D
