    Soon after being featured under general category on AppWorld, Email++ became one of the top paid app. However, it was not just because of being featured, which of course made it visible to AppWorld users. People really liked Email++ because of its unique and innovative way of making the additional features available through a toolbar on view/compose screen of native BB email client. People also appreciated the prompt and timely responses to support email as indicated in user reviews. Because the mobile apps are usually very small in nature, sometimes we do not give importance to support users after purchase. However, we should remember that it is the users and their acceptance that make an app successful or failure.
