    Very vague question. Basically you incorporate your ads into your site as best you can and make it look as close to the navigation of the site, this will increase CTR etc.

    see you got a simple template where improvisation is least..

    that skyscraper in the right sidebar should match with your sites color. You can do that in adsense..try it!!

    in the homepage their isn't any other place for other ad spots so forget that...

    in the single post page you can have a large square ad under the heading..

    Try to change the background color of your add to light pink, so that it blends in. Also consider adding adds before your first post and after your last. Try to make them look like a blog entry.
