    now what to do to promote it??

    my target is like 20-40k views per month
    please suggest me tricks to improve

    20-40k per month is alot when your just starting out. I had my blog for 1year (started as hobby) and only now averaging only 100 visitors a day. Just keep updating it with content, and if your niche is a good one, you should see some good traffic.

    Those are big numbers, but yes you need to promote it and keep adding content. Keep it fresh those new visitors you will get they should have plenty of information to read, watch videos.
