I think you should go with cms like drupal or a blogging platform like wordpress. It lets you have your own style, looks more professional, and gives you many more options for the future.

People using blogger tend to look like noobs. I don't mean that as an offense, its just true.

I'm impressed. I really haven't seen anyone put that much time into blogger. Good job.

Here are a couple other reasons not to use blogger though:

-Is your blog really yours? or is it actually owned by blogger, I didnt read the T&C to find out.... but its something you should look into.
-If you do something blogger dislikes.. they will shut you down.
-Can you easily make backups of your blog if blogger goes down (not likely) or decides to take you down?

Those are more like questions than actual statements... kinda

Blogger is hard to take serious. I know maybe I'm ignorant but when I see .blogspot.com I roll my eyes. There are some good deals out there for hosting and your future will thank you for it. All the "big" blogs us their own domains and wordpress. If you want a future I would look that way ASAP.

Maybe we should ask, what are you're reasons for staying with blogger, and why do you want to switch. Also, what are your end goals?

I don't think blogger is versatile like WP, isn't that? that could be the reason WP is always good to use as CMS.

Use WP - WordPress. It is ultimately powerful CMS for bloggers...

Blogger is technically a CMS but only so far as fairly linear blogging is concerned; Sure you can tinker with the design as you've done and as I changed my design, I've even seamlessly integrated Blogger as a section of a regular site without too much hassle, but as a full-blown CMS of the likes of WordPress or Joomla it's fairly limited.

If you're looking long-term to develop your site beyond a simple blog then you really need to consider WP or Joomla! and now that JPress is being developed for Joomla and is looking very interesting if you want a full CMS with a feature-rich blogging system.
