Blue Grid that I can't get rid of

I did some touching up in vanishing point mode. Some how I got a blue grid (dashed line) that won't go away even if I close and re-open the picture. It stays in view even outside of vanishing point.

Does anyone have ideas about how I have messed up.

Post a screen shot so we can see what exactly you are talking about.

I think some how the grid from vanising point somehow became part of the image.

idk how the grid got embedded into the JPEG but i do know that if you still have the .PSD, go into View>Show and uncheck Grid
