Bought site, paid and no communication..

    Hi all,

    I recently bought a cheap site on DP and paid using paypal.

    Already sent the details to the seller to push the domain and the files to me.
    I have sent 3 PM's with no replies, still he hasn't transfered the site to me yet and he is not answering any of my PM's. I have checked the messaging tracking options and it shows he has read all the PM's I sent him.

    Im glad its a cheap site and not really a big loss.
    If this happens what would you advise to do?

    The seller now sent files and pushed.
    I still want to know what the procedures would be if this was a big transaction and done via paypal?
