    I must admit Tech Support is awesome , it usually goes like this :

    Me : Hi , do you have this XXXX(write description) feature available ?
    Indi Tech : We have blah blah (describes generic features) .
    Me : No i need to know if you can provide me with this XXXX (write a even longer description) feature .
    Indi Tech : Let me forward you to our
    Me : Hi do you have XXXX available ?
    US guy : We sure do .
    Me : Thank you for your time .

    This happened to me when i contacted a hosting giant . The annoyance from the fist guy was enough for me not to make a deal with the company . So ya outsource your tech support and annoy the crap out of all the customers .

    Ah, well.. I am sorry for any non-existent English language error or indecency which you found in my comments. English, was not the point here. The point was to ponder over the reasons why US citizens are losing jobs and US companies are outsourcing their 'highly skilled' jobs to us. Money is the factor, sir.

    The quality is equivalent to the amount of money you pay for it. The fact of the matter is that companies TRULY DON'T care about customer support and satisfaction, they just need people to be under the impression that they are being serviced. PayPal and eBay have quite possibly the worst outsourced customer support from any company I have seen.
