    I run a local audio/video shop in DC. I have a lot of business through PPC ads but I want more. What would be good ways of increasing sales opportunities? Thought of direct mailers/email campaigns but I'm not sure how well they work...

    Your branding your self, right? Then start with Mission, Vision and Goal. Also, in branding, design matters. Start there and opportunity will follow.
