Broadcasting a video

I want to broadcast videos, but make them appear as live. Meaning that the visitor cannot forward or start the videos again. And when a visitor come to the page he will watch the video not from the beginning , but for example from the middle if that was when he logged on.

How can I do this ? I am very happy if someone can tell me this.

But why cut it in two ?

 

cut in half so the video doesnt start in the begining. unless your player has a field to specify when to start playing the video.
