    If i want to customize it more then i would prefer to have BuddyPress.
    OR
    If my user requires to have perfect social networking system with lots of options and strong framework, Then i prefer Social Engine.

    I second the Buddypress. It has just enough features out of the box to get started but has plenty to offer in terms of being able to adapt to something more (ie add functionality or changing the themes).
