    Hello,

I have a business I'm currently investing in, and another person who is also investing, almost as much and will be a VP within the company, since he's investing how does he get paid, monthly or what revenue we make comes out to 50/50?

If you each own 50% of the venture then you get 50% and he gets 50% .

I have more money invested. would it be more like a 75/25 sort of deal, does it depend on how much he is putting in then get it into percentage terms?

Establish the percentage based on the amount of cash and time invested . Then split the profit accordingly . If you're talking about more then 30k in total then you can convert the time invested into cash and recalculate the percentage .

Figure out what each of you contribute, as in time and skills, but if anything it should be 49% and you keep remaining 1% for higher decision making.
