    Do you have a written strategic plan for your online business? Most every successful business has been developed from a well thought our and written business plan. Take sometime and write our a strategic plan for your web business. Heres a simple format for you to follow:

    I. Vision - write out the vision of your online business. What is its purpose.

    II. Goals - write out the goals you need to achieve to accomplish the vision. There can be 4 to 10 plus goals. Each goal should be measurable and include a time frame to accomplish.

    III. Steps - write out the steps you need to take to accomplish each goal.

    IV. Strategies - are the processes, approaches, ideas you need for each step.

    Strategic plans don't have to be complicated or even formal.

    Every morning I write out a strategic plan for that day. It is basically just a dot point list of everything that I need to do.
