    If the income and traffic is steady for the past few months, it could be worth closer to 18-20k as well, keeping in mind that the websites may have some worth / costs for technology/products etc. EG: A Flash games website with the ownership of the products could be worth more. A I right or wrong fryman ?

    Also, many people also don't take into consideration for the late winter months either when it comes time for valuation considerations. I know alot of sites that do much better around the christmas months, and, the months directly after that (Jan/Feb), and then their traffic/income settles back down again. Just a thought.

    Yeah, if you are selling games, it might make money, but you are required to do work. No work = no money. If the money comes from ads or donations, that's easy money.

    The usual going rate is 12-18 months revenue so times that by 1,000 gives you a value of around $12k-$18k.
    Depending on the domains aswell there is more value if say the names where gaming.com games.com etc
