    Hi together,

i bought a webhosting website with no traffic.
Is it worth trying an Adwords campaign to generate affiliate income or will it be a waste of money?

What chances of monetization would you try in this niche?

    Kind regards,
    Steve

The easiest is just to try it out. spend 10 bucks in adwords to get 1000 visitors. yes, with 1 cent clicks getting huge amounts of visitors isn't so easy, but it might work out well in some cases.

And in this niche you should become an affiliate for the webhosts that you recommend.

    Thanks for your advice!
    Meanwhile i tried exactly that.
The result was that the adwords campaign was stopped two hours later due to a violation of the adword guidlines (bridge page).

Google has probably an automated detection of affiliate sites. :(

So i will be looking for other ways...

The same situation here. I've just tried to promote my affiliate page in AdWords but the campaign was stopped due to a violation of the adword guidlines (bridge page). Looks like that Google dislike affiliate websites because they "don't add any value" or something like that... Hope that we'll see soon the end of Google's monopoly. I wish there are a few more powerful search engines instead just one.
