    I want to know is it legal or allowed by google to buy and sell youtube channels? Yes or no either way what are some marketplaces where such dealings are possible?

    I seriously doubt that any government anywhere on Earth has passed any law(s) against selling youtube or any other channels.

    But, since Google owns youtube, Google has the right to regulate how youtube is used and whether youtube channels can be sold or not. Google's TOS will definitively answer that question for you whereas all you will get on DP is OPINIONS which MAY be correct or MAY be WRONG.

    I was told it violates googles tos to sell any YouTube channel that is approved for monetization.

    sometimes acting illegal isn't that bad to make some money. For sure you can trade youtube channels, just don't tell them you hv them pay for it.

    as of now selling youtube channel is not illegal you have to understand this thing first that youtube channel is like your assets/property you are earning from that source by providing valueable free information to the user
