    BUYING SCRIPTS - Does he own the selling rights?

    I have being considering the purchase of a Classifieds Script and Auction Script.

    I have found various ones for sale on the web. All the sellers of these scripts, want the money up front.

    Two questions;

    1. How do I know that they own the rights to the script that they are selling?
    2. How do I know that the script is actually functional?

    I am refering to all www. sellers in general.
    Exchanged 6-8 emails with one www seller, issue unresolved, and lost confidence in them.
    Recently I have been looking to find and deal face to face with a local brick & mortar retailer.

    Well, you could never be 100% sure, you just need to trust in these persons. Unfortunately, some of them may scam you, that's true.

    I agree. If you could post 2 or 3 of the products that you are thinking about going with you'll get better results from this post. THen People who have used the products can chime in with there experiences... Good luck
