    Don't hurry for Nano; one more beautiful car is on its way to India ..!

    Make - Renault - Model - Yeni

    This car will be launching in India in collaboration with Mahindra,
    Which is another budget car to compete TATA and FIAT 500.
    Here's some preview pics of it.

    It would be priced at around 1,30,000 INR around $2,570 USD!
    Would like to know whats your views on it.

    Bajaj Auto will also be coming out with a small car...

    they claim it can give 30 kmpl...

    Tata Nano is going to create a whole new segment for tiny cars....:).

    The car from bajaj will take a long time to come and the Tata nano sucks, atleast this is what i think....

    The model looks very stylish, with good set of little bigger wheels as compared to Nano. :)
    Any idea when it is to be launched?

    This is definitely very good news for two-wheeler owners, looking to upgrade to owning a car. They would now have choices!

    Unfortunately, it also means more congested roads and more severe traffic jams during peak hours! :eek: :(

    Renault Yeni is really cool to the eyes and also economic, so it will be a true competitor to Tata Nano. But what about its fuel efficiency ? If that too is good then its ok.

    Renault Yeni is just a concept. Bajaj car is also far away. You won't be seeing thse cars on road for atleast 2 years, assuming the economy imporves by then. Otherwise, these cars remain only on paper...

    But Tata Nano is a reality... :)

    Tata cannot afford to sell the car for 1,00,000 Rs for long, and soon is going to revise the price upwards.

    Its very dangerous, these cheap cars. They have to cut corners and use sub-standard parts. If someone wants a car, he should save money for atleast a Maruti-Suzuki Alto, which is around 2,00,000... Its a decent, cheap, safe car...

    I am planning to buy Tata used nano car which is most trusted car company. It is certified by Tata motors and gives more comfort to drive. Since it is less expensive when compared to other cars, i am looking forward to buy this car. Any comments on this would be highly appreciated???

    Better to go for a better car than to risk driving a small car on the highway. You can afford to have a cheap washing machine or TV but not a car. It is always a question of safety.
