    It looks good. Maybe also ad an ad to the first post of each message or in between each one.
    Also make the ads titles the same color as your categories titles.....its off a little bit...not bad tho

    Registered users don't see the inline post ads but for unregistered they are every 3 posts. I'll have a look at making an ad for the first post of each message.

    Remove The vertical banner ads from the Top left side ..Try to put less ads ..but the one you place should be highly attracted... use ads like my friend using on his site cssforums.com.pk .. put text ads between your categories.. so that it'll help to increase your cpc ..
