I don't know this is place to ask it or not because I can't find any place better.

    I have a flash games site http://www.babegamer.com , it's PR 4 and +2 years old

someone gave me an offer for 400$ but I refused it.

I check the website worth from http://www.realwebsiteworth.com/babegamer.com

it tells me that I can sell it for 683$. but the key is that when someone offered me 400$ for my website, the realwebsiteworth told that my site could only sell for 200$.

I want to know your idea. If you have money, how much will you pay for my site??

    please give ur serious answer

    thanks

From other threads, i know this formula
your site price = 12 * monthly income of your site...
so it's like you get one year income from your site.
some people just multiply it with 10 and the others multiply it with 14.
It's depend on how you value your site.

How much you get in a month from it?

it depends on your income website that how much has it earned in 2 years !! but i estimate your website about $450 ! By the way pagerank is important on price website.

    good luck .

as above its usually a years worth of income, but if your site has good traffic and someone knows how to monetize that traffic, then they could offer a lot more.

$400 is reasonable for me. However, to get more accurate answer, i will ask for the monthly profit from adsense / affiliate program and traffic status before i can make an offer

$500 is the reasonable price coz there nothing unique selling point of your arcade.
If you want sell at higher price,do some facelift change.

I have seen 24 months net revenue. That sounds a little high though compared to what everyone else has thought on this thread...

Unless your site has an in demand name it is only worth something to someone else if it makes any money.

It's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Try listing it for sale on a site with a lot of traffic. You can always list it with a reserve price so you don't have to sell it for less than you think is fair.

because I can earn more than that if I spend more work on it.

You know I only spend few minutes (up to 5) to manage that site ^_^

1$ per 5 minutes, is it effective??
