    can someone tell me wheer can i find step by step learning procedure ..

    Actually if you are starting from step one, it might be better if you sign up for a Photoshop course in your local computer school or maybe pick up a book if you have photoshop installed. Preferably where someone can sit down with you and guide you step by step

    If you just need some tips or some how to then maybe the forum here would be a nice place.

    Univeristy actually doesn't offer these type of courses. They can be found at colleges though (that's the level of education for graphics design)
