can anyone tell me how to sell a website?

i try to learn how to sell a website.
can anyone tell me what i need to do? and tell me what it required to sell a website.

 

i think best way is to monetize a site or increase traffic and then try to sell it.
i am interested to buy some sites at 8-10k but will not buy if no proof of income however traffic is good.

 

There is a special section on forums where you can place the ads about selling your site. There are also special agencies who can do it for you (sell your site or give you advices).

 

purchasing a website means google purchase the Yelp. all the market and rights get the website buyer.

 

urm i mean do i need to push to they or something like that ? or push the cpanel access?
example domain need push to own buyer

the problem with flippa is that you wont stay in the first page for too long as there are long lists of people who are constantly listing their websites in the site i think forums are a much better alternative to sell websites
