    They are based in the same city as us. They are using a custom CMS.

    Both are using tables for their layout instead of CMS. My guess they are customized code.

    They 99% definately are, yeah. Not every website out there uses a turnkey solution CMS.

    Probably right about the coding - but it would be pretty easy to make this with phpbb and EZportal ... at least something very much like it. I know the forum is vB ;)
