For my ads, i've tried the following
    - blending
    - The image beside it, i place images not related to the adsense ads
    - a border between the adsense ads

Looks like it may fly, but I would still be mindful of "G's" willingness to shoot you a warning about the image locations.

It looks to me like you're pushing the limits. If it takes a second look to decide whether it's ads or content... you run the risk of being banned. But who knows; you may get away with it. At least for a while.

I agree. Really looks like you are pushing it. Not only the pics next to the links (I know you have that light gray divider) but the links that drop right into the content links and it takes work to sort it out visually. Good cloaking, maybe too good.

Google is getting harsh on the images next to Adsense, so I would watch out for that along with what was said above. Good luck.

    thanks for the inputs peeps

after putting the image my CTR did shot up but my revenue is slightly increased by abit only .. what does that means?

hmmm i'm having sleepless night thinking about the new image implementation, fearing the dreaded warning or ban email will arive. So i decided not to push it and used the normal adsense blending with no images
