    I am looking to sell this site - Newspanel.co.uk - pr 2, should achieve pr 5 in next update, alexa ranking 230k, listed in google news.

    No revenue.

    Site ranks page one for the following words

    iphone 5
    iphone 5 review
    iphone 5 reviews
    iphone 5 specs
    entertainment news
    sports news
    latest news
    boxing news
    boxing news uk
    latest games
    upcoming games
    latest updates
    health news
    foods that burn fat
    gta 3 iphone

    Hey is it only ranked on page 1 for the uk search? Since your site isn't on page 1 for me for many of those keywords.

    But really you can't say it should be pr 5 in the next update, stuff will only sell for what it is now and 230k alexa ranking is very low.

    I can guarantee you wont get over 10k, you'd be lucky to get 500.

    As far as I can see there is no way to sell it over 10k as you have no income and the traffic totally depends on google news.

    totallly disagree about that price, if you have a site in google news, and it's crap, it's worth no less than 4k.

    Looking through your other posts about this site, how you've given up on it etc I'd say it's tainted and worth little.
