Can I get some feedback on my adsense?

I started Adsense November 25, 2007. I know my earnings are pretty good (unless earning 1000s monthly with Adsense comes as easy as breathing to you) considering its the end of Month 1 and like 10 days, but I'm really confused. About 40% of the total revenue was from 1 single day, like $19 and like 67 clicks. Now for the real questions:

1) How do I improve my earnings? My URL is: http://www.arcadedistrict.com
2) Is my $/Click ok for my niche?
3) How do I get more visitors? (CPC advertising isn't working out for me. So would finding like Yahoo! Groups and Myspace groups for "Online Games" be a good idea?)
4) Is there any other advice would be relevant and helpful toward this kind of website? ex. "Add more games" or "Get a new layout" etc.
5) Why is my inbetween ad (the least viewed ad) have the highest amount of clicks and largest CTR?
6) And why are the other two the exact opposite as #5?
7) Why all of a sudden did my earns crash? (It went from beginning (AKA nothing) to 10 cents to 2 dollars to 7 dollars to 19 dollars to 3 dollars to (maybe 15 cents daily from dec 25 to today)?
