    My website, http://www.myproxysearch.com has google ads, but I do NOT want to be kicked out of their program, and would like to see if the ad placement and number of ads are legal, according to their TOS.

    I don't see anything about the placement which would break the TOS

    Looks fine, you can even add some more (1 search box unit, 1 more text unit, buttons for picasa/FF and 1 links only unit).
    BTW, the proxy browsing script doesnt work it seems. No reaction after pressing the button in FF.

    Ads look legal but meta tags would make site better.
