Can I open a new Google acc with the same personal particular?

Hi Everyone,

I am new to here. Gald to read everyone's ideas!

In fact, Google just banned my acc this month because they suspected me join "exchange" programme. However, I've never joined either one. I don't know why it's happend.

Now, I want to make another webpage. Could I open a new acc with my personal particulars but different web URL? I m quite worried I would be banned again because of last incident. Then, what can I do to prevent the same thing happen? How can I track who ever come to my site?

yes you will be banned again. instead of thinking of creating a new one why don't you email google and insist politely that you did not join an exchange program (assuming you didn't)?

doens't your web host provider have a stats program of some sort?

Thank you very much. I think I m going to write to Google tonight. Hope I can lift the ban, will keep my fingers cross. However, if I m not able to do it, is there any other sites provide Ads like Google could I join?

Yahoo If you are from the U.S.

Yahoo is very decent in payouts i believe but i can't really say much about other programs.
