    Adplacement is nice, just change TITLE the color of the right hand side ads to RED so that it will suit the whole site looks

    That would be accepted by google. If your ads will exceed to the maximum number, it will not show anymore on your page. It looks like a blank ads.

    Even though they are blank, I believe Google doesn't want you placing more than 3 ads per page. However with that, the more ads per page the less CPM hence less CPC. 1 to 2 ads from the same provider is ALL thats needed on one page. Your better off with 2 - 3 providers on a single page (if it's within there TOS to do so).
